Q Boutique Specialty Realty, Inc. launched its Florida-licensed real estate school in 2021. We have partnered with the gold standard educational provider, Dearborn Kaplan, to bring real estate students the gold standard in real estate licensing education, technical support, and self-paced course options.
Courses are self-directed or video-delivered online and supplemented with a Spotify audio podcast (Florida Real Estate School). Students can now listen to the 20-30-minute episodes while driving, following along online, or at the gym.
Get to know Laura as your real estate mentor and instructor. She explains core concepts and provides real-world insights and tips for success, making the material easy to understand. Students can complete pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education, which is state-required education for Sales Associates and Brokers and is valid throughout Florida.
