Welcome to Lake Mary
A well balanced life in scenic, sunny central Florida.
Twenty miles north of downtown Orlando lies Lake Mary, a perfectly balanced mix for its residents to live, work and play in the heart of the Sunshine State. Known for its exquisite restaurants, high end shopping, and other prominent local businesses, Lake Mary residents dwell within abodes built in traditional Floridian style featuring Spanish, Mediterranean, and modern coastal influences. With the Atlantic coast just forty minutes away, this well planned community enjoys a low crime rate, close proximity to world famous parks, and warm, enjoyable weather 12 months a year.
Originally a village consisting of just two tiny settlements, Lake Mary was an agricultural community of orange growers and lumbermen. Further development continued into the 20th century, with the town eventually being named as one of Money’s best places to live in 2007. Today, the City of Lakes is a hotspot for trendy eateries, cafes, bars, shopping and outdoor activities in a tropical paradise.
